1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the cirmp AI website or using any pre-release cirmp AI service operated by 9t5 Pty Ltd (ABN 12 623 421 563), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or service.
2. Pre-release status
cirmp AI is in a pre-release Phase 1 build. Public access to demo content is provided for evaluation and discovery only. Production access is granted only under a separate written agreement with a named responsible entity. The website and any demonstration material may change without notice.
3. Use of website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, attempts to circumvent access controls, or disrupts the operation of the website or our infrastructure.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the cirmp AI name, cirmp AI's implementation of the Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program four-hazard evidence schema, the control-reference taxonomy, the artefact ingestion adapter library, the reasoning-trace audit format, the signed-export schema, copy, design and code, is the property of 9t5 Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected under Australian and international copyright and intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Customer artefacts
Where cirmp AI processes evidence artefacts you supply under a paid agreement, you retain ownership of those artefacts and the underlying control evidence. We process those artefacts solely to deliver the contracted service and produce the contracted outputs. The evidence pack and signed export produced from your artefacts are your property. We do not claim rights over your data.
6. No regulator-acceptance warranty
cirmp AI is being built to produce compliance artefacts mapped to the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018, the CIRMP Rules 2023 and the Information Security Manual. Acceptance of any artefact by the Cyber and Infrastructure Security Centre, an external assessor, an internal auditor, a regulator or a board sits with those parties. We do not warrant regulatory acceptance. Human-in-the-loop sign-off by your accountable officer is required for every artefact released externally.
7. Disclaimer
The information on this website is provided for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information for any particular purpose. Professional legal, cyber-security and compliance advice should be sought for specific situations. The website may contain forward-looking statements that depend on assumptions and outcomes outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9t5 Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website or any pre-release service. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you to 9t5 in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, where 9t5 Pty Ltd is registered. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
10. Operations
The cirmp AI team operates across Victoria and New South Wales.
